Pursuant to circular no. 13535/29-3-2021 of the Ministry of Justice (ADA: Ω1Α2Ω-41Τ), the Courts of First Instance have abolished and ceased to issue the individual certificates referred to in the relevant document, which are now replaced by the single Unified Certificate of Judicial Solvency.
